15% est la concentration idéale pour expérimenter le CBD et quand vous voulez définir la quantité que vous devez prendre. Il est préférable que vous commenciez lentement à ajuster le nombre optimal de gouttes que vous devez prendre tous les jours. Nous avons l’intention de prendre entre 5 et 10 gouttes chaque jour, mais personne de mieux que vous ne pouvez derterminer la meilleure quantité qui vous convient.
Dans les huiles de CBD 15% chaque goutte contiennent environ 1,5 milligramme de CBD ainsi que d’autres cannabinoides , en prenant environ 7 gouttes par jour votre organisme va assimiler environ 10mg de cannabidiol par jour. C’est une quantité assez raisonnable de cannabidiol à prendre tous les jours.
CBD peut générer un peu de somnolence, même si l’huile 15 n’est pas trop concentré en CBD, il est recommandé d’utiliser ce complément alimentaire uniquement avant d’aller dormir. S’il vous plaît ne pas utiliser de concentré élevé CBD avant de conduire.

I had sleeping trouble for years and was only able to sleep with the help of melatonin. Year after year i had to increase the quantity for it to stay efficient. Morning were more and more difficult and sometime i had to take 2 hours to be fully awake. Jag brukade använda sömntabletter förut men jag märkte att dom hade mindre och mindre värkan på mig. Jag har haft problem med min sömn i över 15 år nu och har testat alla sorters sömn medel och tabletter som melatonin och starkare medicin utan någon vidare effekt på mig. Det skulle inte vara överdrivet att säga att den här oljan har förnedrat mitt liv. Jag känner mig mycket mer vid liv och jag kan äntligen sova på kvällarna. Jag har inte märkt några stora biverkningar. Jag kommer troligen köpa en starkare version efter den här flaskan har tagit slut för effekten var fortfarande lite svag för mig.

Excellent produit. J’ai été sous dépendance morphinique pendant presque 10 ans. Grâce à cette huile, j’en suis sortis aisément. Maintenant je ne souffre plus et c’est se qui compte le plus. Certains rechignent pour le prix mais la qualité à un coût.
Je suis devenu un adepte de cette « médecine ».
